We are going to meet up to do a sunflower seed harvest.
Please bring a large cardboard box to catch the seeds and a container to bring home what you’ve harvested! I’ll post some recipes in the event if you choose to roast your seeds. Or, you can save them to plant next year and have your own harvest!
Currently, the weather looks beautiful for this day ( Sunny and 63°) so you may want to pack a lunch and plan to play at the nearby playground or schedule a hike in the park afterwards.
